A Wisconsin judge has again directed the state to put on hold the law that strips public workers of their bargaining rights.

Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi issued an injunction earlier this month to prohibit the Wisconsin secretary of state from publishing the law.

Republican legislative leaders instead had the law published by another state agency. State officials then began implementing the law this past weekend.
